But my real problem was that i invested too much time and energy in all those plans.

Years ago, i decided to retired at 40 and had a very simple plan.

I was involved for many years in the internet business and i was making good money all the time.

Comparing with my friends ... i became a rich person ... but it was not enough for me.

I invested all my money, till the last cent from my pocket ... in real estate.

I bought or built houses and apartments.

And believe me ... the plan was quite simple ... i just wanted 30 houses ... as everyday to get money from renting.

30 days ... 30 invoice of renting.

I thought i could survive very well ... with this money.

So ... having only 15 properties, i decided to build another 15 ... and i started building a residential complex.

15 houses, a small house for fitness, a big kitchen for the ones that want to cook for a party, bar, swimming pool etc etc.

The concept of the complex was ... live as in vacation.

It was almost like a hotel.

It took me 5 years to finish the project.

It was a nightmare ... but at the end i thought i will be financial independent and i continued the path till i finished everything.

I rented the houses ... and then the problems appeared.

Everyday it was something.

Had problems with the water, with the fire ... with electricity ... and even with the fact that the people living in there started to believe that they live in a hotel ... and i was the one that i was taking care of them.

Basically ... everything started to be a nightmare.

I got retired at 42 instead of 40 ... but i imagined things differently.

I did not dreamed to stay on the beach with a cocktail in front of me ... but still i

thought that investing in the renting business ... will be easy money and i could relax ... without having so much headache.

In the end i saw that i lost 20 years working very hard and investing everything in something ... that still produces headaches.

Today i stay on the sofa, from my living room, writing books from my iphone.

All i need is a good coffee ... and all i dream is to write a good book, that could help many, many people to understand what personal development really means ... and have a best seller.

And i realize ... i could do this without working for 20 years ... and i start laughing ... of me.
